About
Five dimensions. Every room has them. Most go unread.
Light measures how natural light moves through your space: where it lands, how far it reaches, and when it disappears.
Air estimates cross-ventilation potential from your room's geometry, openings, wall positions, opposing surfaces, and flow paths.
Acoustics reads how sound behaves in your space from the wall and floor materials you confirm during scan.
Vision looks at spatial clarity, sightlines, light timing, movement paths, and whether the room lets you see clearly and move freely.
Vitality tracks biophilic presence and thermal conditions: plants, nature views, ceiling volume, warmth, and whether the space feels alive.
How it works
30 seconds. Real geometry. No guesswork.
Bright uses Apple's RoomPlan API and LiDAR to capture your room's exact geometry: walls, windows, doors, and objects.
From that geometry, a node mesh is computed across every available surface. Each node inherits spatial properties from its position: how close it is to a window, whether it's in a traffic path, what objects block it, and which direction it faces.
Your diagnostic scores are averages across those nodes. When Bright says the south wall gets strong light, that comes from a measured light gradient, not an estimate.
Everything runs on your device. We store measurements, not your room.

Privacy
Your scan stays on your device.
RoomPlan processes everything locally via Apple's Neural Engine. Bright receives measurements: dimensions, light ratios, and flow paths.
Not images. Not 3D models. Not room layout.
Raw scans are opt-in only. Delete your data anytime, in one tap. Nothing is shared with advertisers.
Action Board
Not a report. A list of what's worth doing.
Every diagnostic produces an Action Board: 3 to 5 specific interventions, ranked by impact. At least one is free.
Each action shows what changes, by how much, and where exactly in your room.
